Influencers and Changers !!

I subscribe to Charlene Li, James Governor  and Shel . Today Shel post , kinda went click click click in my mind. It is like a vault opening and suddenly one goes thru a qunatum jump as a thought tapersty.

"If you are a company and you see me as an influencer or analyst, do not try to control your relationship with me.  Do not sit in committee and decide how and when you will inform me of something. Just start a conversation.  Do it on a blog. Let me subscribe to your feed.  Let me decide what you have that I like or do not like. Let me decide when or if I'll use my influence or analytical abilities to discuss you"

Now, I have to degress to the other side of the specturm from influencers to changers and the matrix change theory.

"The difficulties many organizations have had with change management depends in large part on an inadequate recognition of interdependencies among technology, practice, and strategy. However beneficial a new machine, incentive system, product line, decision-making structure or reporting system may appear in isolation, the acid test is how it interacts - as it must - with numerous other aspects of the organization. Recognizing the critical role that interdependencies play in affecting outcomes leads to new analysis and theory"

For both these theories to fit together, then the "briefing of radicals" comes into a full state. Well, this is a lot to read to follow my thought process.

Lastly, Philip Stanhope once said "Many a man would rather you heard his story than granted his request" ; and this is how companies and bloggers become the greatest Influencers and Changers for the next radical wave which will hit the business landscape !!

Thus sayest me "Let my people Blog" !! :)-

Nice post, Peter. It's funny but "Let my People Blog," was among the final cuts for the title of Naked Conversations.

Thanks Shel.
