BarCampEarth -Toronto

BarcampEarth at Toronto was kinda fun , but guys stop shuffling the agenda across the boards !! :)-  I missed a couple of slots becuase the participants moved it right across onto a different board.  

My Rule#1 : Dont move the Sticky across, only permit the stickys to move vertically on a board , at least like this we know which room what is happening.

All in all -Both the Ryans did a good job at organzing the event.

Heres Sacha doing some fun stuff with her laptop. She sold $200/- sticker space for the weekend.  Not a Bad POC at play there.

The challenge that kept coming up during the day was that some sessions became quite popular and as a result outgrew the room they were originally put in, while others drew a smaller group.

Any suggestions on how to handle that would be appreciated... (And no Sacha, if you read this, we can't just put them all one after another :P)

One trick maybe trying to find a venue next time with more balanced rooms in terms of capacity/size.
