Thanks to Shel for this tidbit of info. I wonder what the heck was Sheriff Effman doing there ? was he supportive of the Family or of the miserable failure's who call themselves Jessica and Tom Lewis of JetBlue ?? 

Law enforcement is not just about enforcing the law, its also helping those who can't help themselves.  Customer Service is all about making sure that you engage with loyalty factoring. Everyone know that things can go haywire, but what stands out is how one deals people, when things go haywire and of course JetBlue fails on the acid test . They  had no Business continuity measures and preparedness for disaster recovery !!
