Nice detailed rant happening here - at times I think that these F50 Companies are not interested in customer satisfication or even listen to what their customers are saying about them.
Its a fact, the market is always laughing, at them (the company) !!
Unishippers sucks really! Their customer service usually works out of a house. Most customer service reps can not answer your questions especially international shipments.The sales people are not trained on ground, air or international they are trained on selling and getting through to the decision maker.
