Listening to the Waxxi Podcasting with Shel & Robert right now. Wil update this posting later.
I asked my qustion : How do you explain that blogpshere is a two way conversation, when the stat's show that 90% of blogs dont have comments 9% have 1-10 comments and 1% has more comments.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrr... Tracy on IM --why did she not share !! I sent my other questions via email.
"What is their opionion on character blogs ?? recently at MEsh06, Steve Rubel said that Character blogs have no value or something to that end. Then how do we explain that CuteOverLoad comes out of nowhere and ranks #22 on Technorrati ? "
Update : This is has been a good conversation. They end with
Om's mesh06 comments " Web2.0 is not technology rather its about a new way of thinking" !
Tracy : Excellent session- I like this interactive podcasting session. When are you doing this again ?? Please make it weekends only or later evenings. I wish we can have
Tom Peters on a podcast like this :)- Anyhoot, good job and this format is really great !! We all had a ball !!
Podcasting over !! :)-
Update : I just realized why I am so excited about this Waxxi Podcasting thing. After having all those darn Corporate concalls and stuff like that, I envision Waxxi pushing the conversation to the next level. This means a self made conversation that can further be elevated within a a mothership.
Ok question in play-
1) Is registeration required ? Is there a concept like an open concall. People just dial in ?
2) How will the podcast be hosted on an intranet and the converstions continued behind a firewall ?
3) Can moderation be done by other party (host) ??
4) I need waxxi methods behind a firewall type of call.
My Take on this that its an extremly strategic in terms of KM, Risk Aversion , Crisis Control or just plain fun !! :)_
Hey Peter,
yup, I missed mesh06, even though it was in my own hometown. yuck! but I did hear all about it. I am with Rubel and Shel - I am not comfortable with character blogging. There is no honesty there and that is what I want.
