The design Strategy for Vista was flawed, thats why they took 6 years in the making to go RTM this November !!
Moishe Lettvin formeder developer at MSFT describes the process of design and development for just a single feature. He calls it a crapfest.
This really ties in with what I had positon earlier when tracking Vista Build Strategy
Oh i see. That is why i tried searching for updates and can't see anything.
